This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
youre the best thanks. i appreciate the advice. i fav things i like obviously but also things i can learn from, its important to be able to draw in many styles. so you can combine them or just for a change of pace.
surf the net to find images of sketches with the consrtuction lines still unerased. also find quick rough sketches of artists you like. you can learn a lot how they approach every stuff they draw. what do they do first? how they mass out an object? etc...you can learn more looking at these kind of sketches than tight or finished stuff. i recommend you google frank cho or kevin nowlan because they have a lot of unfinished stuff on the net.
i have a hard time with making dynamic drawings, in terms of perspective, your drawing with the foot soldier is something i wish i could do. if its not too much trouble have any advice i can follow?
you're work is cool as it is my friend. i dont have a hard time imagining your work hanging on a wall in a fine art gallery.
anyway i always keep 3 things in mind when i draw:
1.)make a solid looking subject:meaning good silhoutte, good pose and stance, solid anatomy if it is called for. 2.)use blacking well. realism is all about contrast 3.)if there seems to be something off in your work chances are that something IS wrong. this goes for perspective too. find it, correct it. don't be afraid to use an eraser. 4.)be patient. you wont correct something that you are used to over night. in time your goals, i assure you will be realized.
